In anticipation of this new risk management effort in the company, the managers of the Orion Shield project had kept detailed records on the project, and you will find that detail in The Orion Shield Case Description (found here: https://content.umgc.edu/file/486be203-9189-4e63-85e5-0f5270f7629a/1/home.html). This video (and/or transcription) will give you a good view of multiple perspectives on the project, from the different project stakeholders. You will want to be sure to address each stakeholder’s perspective for any insights into project management improvement.
Using what you know about project management (and using source materials in this week’s assignment), you should create a detailed report of your analysis of the Orion Shield Project management and your recommendations for improvement. You will need to understand the stakeholders, both internal and external to SEC, and the SEC organization chart provided on the first page of the case is a good place to start. There will be many areas of potential risk for you to assess, but consider at least the technical, ethical, legal, and contractual areas in your assessment.

Your report body with actionable recommendations should be 20 – 20 pages, plus a one-page executive summary. Be sure to cite relevant resources, including any quotes from stakeholders, and include a reference list for the report. (not counted in the page count for the body of the paper).
Format for the paper; include:
Firstly, a cover page with a meaningful report title
Secondly, a one-page executive summary with all key results and recommendations
Thirdly, a half-page introduction with report purpose and contents
Fourthly, headings and sub-headings to improve the paper’s readability.
Conclusions with key points repeated from the report body
Citations and references list in APA format
Page numbers on all pages
Submit the paper into the assignment folder by the due date.
