What is a vocational objective?
A vocational objective is a career-oriented statement made at the outset of an education or rehabilitation program for individuals with disabilities and patients who sustained a work-related injury(s) who are seeking gainful employment or reinstatement to a previous position.

Effective counselling

Firstly, Effective counselling is a two way street. It takes a cooperative effort by both the person receiving counselling and the counsellor.

Secondly, It’s important that you and your counsellor establish a good relationship that allows you to be completely honest about your thoughts and feelings.

What is needed for effective counselling?

Firstly, Counsellor must possess a strong set of interpersonal skills to help establish rapport quickly with clients and develop strong relationships. Secondly, They must give their undivided attention to clients and be able to cultivate trust.
