I’m stuck on a Psychology question and need an explanation.

Writing ideas for your week 3 journal entry (reminder these are just suggestions you can reflect on anything happening throughout your week):

If you had setbacks, what did you do to address them?

Reflect on the stressors in your life. Are they within your control? Can you take steps to avoid these (e.g. financial burdens – creating a budget and watching spending, competing priorities – saying no to family/friends/colleagues when their ask will create an additional burden on you).

What methods do you currently utilize to help cope with stress and anxiety in your daily life? What are your leisure activities? Do you know your self worth?
