Hints on Acct 3250 Group PaperContent1. When discussing the solution or analysis of your group case, your group should, in most cases, put yourself in the shoes of the protagonist of the case and decide all of the possible solutions that he/she has in addressing the issue(s) of the case. Include all options, even if you think the option doesn’t have any advantages. It is still an option.2. Think of as many possible solutions as possible. Most cases are not an either/or decision. For each option list the advantages and disadvantages. From that list, choose the option that you feel is the best. 3. In discussing the options, your group should incorporate information and ideas that the class covers. As an example, if the case is about what leadership style to use during a change effort, you might apply Goleman’s six leadership styles and possibly the emotional intelligence of the manager. For a case about negotiation, you should identify the issues of the negotiation and then decide on the style of negotiation that should be used. For each issue, your group should decide on the best compromise for that issue. You also could incorporate the steps of a negotiation.4. Your group is not required to do outside research on the case issues, but if you do, you should supply a bibliography. This includes articles from class that you reference. Format1. The introduction should identify the issue of the case, such as how to solve a conflict, how to implement change, how a negotiation should proceed or how to address an ethical problem. The introduction should also name the case and what you will accomplish in the paper. 2. In the body of the paper, you should first address the background of the case. Provide enough information so that the reader can understand the issues of the case. 3. Most of the body of the paper should address the analysis or the possible solutions you have developed. Each possible solutions should be discussed with its advantages and disadvantages.4. Towards the end of the paper, your group should decide which solution you think is the best.5. Your conclusion should reiterate your conclusion but should not provide any new information that was not already supported in the body of the paper. 6. The paper should include a title page with the case name and the group members on the title page7. The paper should be double spaced.8. The length of the papers will vary depending on the complexity of the case your group chose, the number of solutions your group discussed and the depth of your discussion. Typically, the papers range from 8-15 pages. However, don’t just repeat yourself in the paper to get to 8 pages, if your group thinks you have sufficiently covered the problem, potential solutions and conclusions of the case. 9. Make sure you have transitions between the parts of the paper, use sub titles for parts of the paper, are consistent in how you mention the people in the case, and spell and grammar check the paper. THIS IS A GROUP PROJECT MY SECTION IS NAMED AS DIANA IN THE ATTACHED WORD DOCUMENT. I want solution 2 to be about 2 pages.
