In your research prospectus you indicated what topic you planned to write about, and what you intend to argue. In the next stage of developing your essay you will actually research your topic and evaluate your sources.Read pages 74-78 in Seagull before you begin. For your annotated bibliography, type the entry for each of your sources per APA and then compose three sentences of descriptive annotations (summaries) following the directions on page 74 of Seagull, followed by three sentences of evaluative annotations (See pages 74-75.). For the evaluative annotations, you may use, but are not required to use, the following template: “This source’s goal is to . . .” or “It is useful because . . . or “This evidence could potentially help my research on. . . ” or “It will help me structure my essay by. . .” Each entry should be about 150 words. Please double space.
You will need THREE print reference books, encyclopedia, or books on your topic and THREE articles which you may access from the following sites:
