he business ideas I have for Delta Airlines is to have a more comfortable environment for their passengers. They are known to have a very tight and non-relaxing environment on their plane. My ideas is to have a full flatbed install on all aircrafts. The seats will look like regular seats until they are folded down to the flatbed. This means Delta must make their plans a lot spacious. Paying a extra 200 or 300 dollars to fly first class isn’t the way to be comfortable. You shouldn’t have to do that. The times I did fly in first class, it still was a horrible experience because the lack of space. It wasn’t comfortable at all. I came up with this ideal because of many business trips that I have went on were very uncomfortable. Being 6’3 with long legs, flying cross country is very uncomfortable. Sometimes I don’t travel due to not wanting to have that feeling of being uncomfortable.

The airline industry has been catering to needs of millions of people. Flying them from all of the world, for many different reason. In present times, it seems that a lot of airlines companies has been cutting corners. Smaller plane equals more seats. Some have been making bigger planes but what they do is pack more people on them. Even though Delta has made the move to add things such as movies and TV on demand, the problem with being uncomfortable is a big issue. This project will begin in major airports that Delta has most of their flights. Airports such as ATL, LAX, SEA,LGA and SLC will be the first to benefit from it. These seats should be top of the line with heating or cooling system that comes with them. It should also have all of your charging stations for any technology such as phones, tablets or computers.

Customer reviews is the most important, especially in the airline industry. Without the customer there would be no business to conduct. Delta wants to make sure that every customer is satisfied to all of their needs. Any airlines should want their customers to feel relax when they are traveling.

When developing a new product/service design at Zion International Research Institution, leaders consider the want for the product/service. Usually offering a new species to the research community as product. The type of research being conducted by institutions determine what animal model species is needed or wanted. It can also be the advanced strain devlopment of current animal models, if the current market still wants or needs the specific species. Requirements for developing this new colony is then explored. The facility design, caging and cage systems, types of food, required care are all evaluated before deciding to procede with the product design. The company needs to be sure it has the capacity to properly maintain animal model colony. This can also offer an estimate of how much the project could potential cost. The finances of the company can then be examined. ZIRI must ensure it can afford to developed the product design. A budget can be created to help prevent company over spending. Constractors and vendors for constructing the housing facility and purchasing of the start up models. This can be a long process meeting with so many potential contractors, searching for the right fit and cost effecient. Marketing can begin once the product is finalized and fully ready for sale. This can make for a successful execution of the product design activities.

The observation I did was between my little sister and my mother. I decided to observe this Dyad because between them they are always with each other and well they talk to each other the most. I see that my mom has it more easier with my sister and can talk to her a lot. The expressions she makes and verbal behavior she uses differes drastically compared to the tone she has with us. I am not saying she treats us less but there is always that child that gets it better. She always carries her wnd hugs her the most to have her feel more secure and loving. Maybe it is because my little sister has attachment issues, who knows. Overall, They are always talkative and well always tend to be there with eachother the most.

I feel like we all tend to use nonverbal cues everywhere we go, reason being is because that is another way of showing who we are and how we interpret things. Also shows how we react to certain things and what triggers us or what comforts us. What I have seen from myself is that whenever I tend to get nervous or something i bite my nails. I stopped doing it long ago but I remember there was a time where it became something that I would do a lot and it was not a good thing. I stopped doing it, well because it was not a good habit but when people would see, they would know I am nervous or anxious or something. That is just how it is. Non verbal cues can give off so much. Its who we are as well and how we react to things.

went to my mothers house for dinner this week so I used that opportunity to observe her and her boyfriend while they were cooking dinner. I sat in the living room and instead of talking with the kids or going on my phone, I watched from afar. I watched her coming up behind him to gently touch his shoulder, indicating she was there if he wanted her to take over. I also saw her roll her eyes at him on multiple occasions when he tried to do something for her. He was racing around the kitchen almost running circles around my mother, it was a little funny to watch. I watched him shue her away and signal for her to go sit down several times but she did not. I also saw him clap his hands while he was talking to her. He is a very loud person and boisterous person who uses allot of hand motions to get his point across. From their interactions I could tell that all though they are a loving couple, he really wanted her to go sit down and let him do the cooking. I could also tell that she really wanted to help and it seemed to me that she wanted him to notice her and the fact that she was trying to help. After some time of her starting a task and him taking it over, she eventually moved to setting the table. As she went over to the table to start setting it she looked back at him and stuck her tongue out…it was really funny. It seemed as if she was saying….”fine you win” I’m not really sure why non-verbal queues have such a strong impact on us. I can only guess that it is something we learn from an early age. We know that when our parents welcome us with open arms, they are displaying love and when they turn their back to us or simply don’t acknowledge us, they are usually upset about something. I can use my husband for a perfect example. He always looks mad. Everywhere we go people assume he is angry about something but really that is just how his body language is. He usually crosses his arms across his chest, stands very stoic and looks people directly in the eye. I think his body language is just cold and not inviting. But once people get to know him they come to realize that he is like a big teddy bear and not usually mad about anything.
