For this 500 word essay, you will research the Stonewall Uprising in NYC in 1969. Here is a great article and little video addressing the police brutality in that moment. Discuss the impact of police action towards the LGBTQ community. Were those laws morally sound? Was is ethical to enforce them? Would you have had a struggle if forced to enforce them?
