I need an explanation for this Management question to help me study.

Write a five to seven page paper on the attached Avon Case Study. The paper should include a brief description of the status of the company, identifying the nodel for change theory typified in the case study, illustrating the types of evaluation information collected and how it is used, and speculate about the success of the changes within the next five years. A copy of he case study and the assignment specifics is attached. Because of the number of pages in the case study, I am only attaching the first 4 or 5 pages here.
