This capstone project provides an opportunity to apply your BA knowledge in a real-world setting. Each week, you will deliver a different component. Please note that page numbers refer to minimums. In one or more of the deliverables, you likely will exceed the stated minimum. You are encouraged to take each week seriously and not wait until the end. Your work will suffer if you do.
Week 1 – Identify two publicly traded multinational companies within the same industry
Week 2
Identify sources of information and means of securing necessary data.
Week 3 – Present your findings. Analyze and interpret data. Use critical thinking
and analysis to locate themes and key points from the research.
Week 4 – Identify areas for improvement.
Week 5 – Present your entire work. Be sure to incorporate professor feedback.

Also, Include a brief review of your research. Discuss what available scholarly research offers for the following:

Global strategies.
You are strongly encouraged to use primary documents and scholarly peer-reviewed sources available through the online library databases. For definitions and explanations about each of the items above, you should rely heavily on peer-reviewed scholarly sources. You will use these research findings in your analysis and later in supporting your plan for improvement of the practices of each of these companies.
For example, if you are discussing employee engagement issues, you could research the databases to locate peer reviewed sources.
Additionally, you could research company web pages to locate primary sources such as employee manuals, financial documents, etc.
Moreover, The key, of course, is to locate sources that align with the problem you identified. You want to analyze these sources to assist in problem resolution and solution development.
Analysis

While you can address other topics, you must discuss:

In addition to other sources, such as company web pages, use the OCU online library or Google Scholar to locate sources to support assertions as to effective means for addressing the themes you identified.
Your final submission should contain at least:
4 scholarly sources
2-3 primary sources
10-12 credible sources overall. (be sure to avoid non credible and biased sources such as Huffington, Wikipedia, etc.)
Finally, While the final submission will require full APA, APA is not required for this weekly deliverable. However, you must provide both citations and references for all sources of information. Lastly, You should support all assertions and facts and leave no unsubstantiated claims. If you say it, prove it with support. Full APA includes writing in third person.
