24 Hour food intake

Students are required to complete a nutritional analysis exercise, which is worth 10% of the overall course grade. This exercise requires students to record their intake for a chosen 24 hour period and utilize the tools to analyze their intake and print out the following reports: Intake food list, Analysis, DRI graph, Calorie Sources, Fat Sources. Students will then need to write a three page paper reflecting on their intake of foods including cultural influences and plans to improve and or maintain good nutrition. The paper must be typed with 1” margins, double spacing and a 12 point Times Roman
