what this quote is going at is people assume a captain is experienced because his hair is white. He might not be a great pilot, but people assume it anyway. Talk about experience comes with time and real life experiences. STAY IN AVIATION DO NOT GO OFF TOPIC.
Also, for half of the paper talk about the characteristics of an effective leader. Again relate it a captain in aviation. Talk about these characteristics; Communication, Professionalism, Integrity. Have two sources (AVIATION RELATED)
